Starting January 2010, DataEye Consulting announces the HelpDesk application availability for it’s partners and clients through it’s webpage www.dataeye.ro.

The HelpDesk application is a very useful support, assistance and information tool for partners and customer as a single point of contact to facilitate the information exchange about technical problems, service quality and commercial services. This application is part of the ISO 9001 quality assurance standard, DataEye Consulting being in the implementation process to achieve certification. The HelpDesk is also a helping to manage consulting services requests, support, service offers, and Software as a Service technical information requests for Antivirus, Web Filtering and Vulnerability Assessments.

The HelpDesk application is easy to use, there is no need for partner account to be created, instead some customer information needs to be provided: name, email address, phone number. The solicitor may provide a priority request and he can also choose the department to receive the request. The solicitor can verify his request using his email address and the ticket number, or simply use the link in the email he receive upon opening a ticket. The solicitor will be able to confirm the request being properly answered.

Through the HelpDesk application, Dataeye Consulting is looking forward to improve the customer and partner service level, providing the best security services in the market.
